I forgot. I composed a poem when I was in Kingston on the cruise. It's called Reflections On a Bug While Cruising In a Boat on Lake Ontario and goes thusly:
Reflections On a Bug
While Cruising In a Boat on Lake Ontario
Little bug, fly far away from here,
There are better lights to call you.
I wrote it while standing on the promenade deck over looking the lower level of the boat we were on, watching a fly of some sort buzz around a light on the back of the boat as we cruised along. It doesn't really have any reflections in it, as the title suggests, but I wanted to record it for my own memories.

Date: 2006-08-22 02:56 am (UTC)Go back to my memories... part 13 A is now in there, I didn't realize I hadn't added it... so, you get another 5000+ words to read... I'm workin on it, slowly.. I've had to back burner it for a while, because the guilt is killing all my creativity.
And thanks *smiles* I'm glad you're enjoying it... and if you just read it all... that's a heck of a lot in one sitting *G*
I *will* finish it... there's 6000 words of the next two parts written.. just not consecutive words, so.. but I have sworn to finish it eventually.
