Wednesday night already... how the time files.

Swam tonight. After finally finding a solar blanket that fits the pool (well, it's larger than, and needs to be trimmed, but I'll wait till the weekend for that) the pool was a balmy 25 degress celcius... It wasn't very warm out today, so, considering that that's still the warmest the water's been thus far, I'd say the solar blanket works *G* So I had a refreshign swim and hurt my wrist trying to do silly handstands in only 3 and a half feet of water, which is not as deep as you might think. *shakes head at self*

Uterina continues to make my life hell this week, cramps wise. Braina is obviously not doing her job this month. Bleah.

Choices continues to remain the elusive millstone around my neck *sigh* Can I just post my notes and call it quits?? *pouts* I did however manage to write 800 or so words of a Sushi!Fic to follow/be incorporated into terimaru's latest story, in which there will be M/I smut. There was a time, long long ago, when I was utterly nervous and embarrassed to post my smut, but somehow along the way that's not so much the case anymore. I likely still would be if my non-fandom friends were ever to discover it, but *shrug* they'd probaly find it hot too and I'd gain even more respect from my peeps *G*

I am totally into this band, OK Go. I saw their treadmill video thingy on YouTube, and totally looked up everything I could find and am even now listening to their music. I even heard them at Old Navy on the weekend, and I felt just *that* much cooler because I knew who they were *G* (I am so lame)

I am now two working days away from nine days straight vacation! wooot! Of course, we're going to work our assess off renovating the house, but we'll take some relaxing breaks in there too. I can't wait!!!

It is coming along really well. My roomie has the most comfy couches ever so you have a great place to crash SFX weekend should you want it :) There are still a lot of boxes as is the norm when moving but slowly they're being unpacked... I do love the apartment thus far :)

how long does it take via transit to get downtown?
Cuz I can do it by car from home in about 45 to 50 minutes...
I was also toying with the idea of getting a room, for the Friday night, if there's any still available *shrug* I dunno... Maybe there'll be a room party to crash at all night long *G*

I think by transit I'm about the same distance from the convention centre as you are, minus paying for parking, but I do believe the centre does have parking with a fixed rate. The offer will be there if you need it, if not I'll meet you there :) I'm going to work on leaving early from work on the Friday of the convention so I can take in the whole thing :)

I've taken the day off, but I have to drive my husband into work, so I don't know what I'm going to do from 7:30 till 2:00 pm... there's no point in driving home again, just to come back out really... maybe I can find a 24 hour Home Depot to hang out in or something *G*

I guess things will depend on how much it is to park, and if it's over night and stuff... I might just leave the car at work and subway down, since I already pay for that parking... I don't know!!! I'm undecided *G*

Well. I taught a swim lesson. Which, okay, I do every day. But I like to think we were connected!

And impending vacation likely will mean NO fic... unlike you, I only seem to be able to write at work... and while we're on vacation, we'll be renovating lots at the house, so, busy busy busy...

Have a great time on vacation! It is always fun after the case to get house projects done, when you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor! But, really, cook up some fics for when you return....please?

I'll try... I really do want to start writing more again...once I get Choices completely done I should be creatively free to do whatever I want, of course, Choices doesn't want to get written so...

But hopefully I'll have a little Sushi!fic addition by the end of the week... *crosses fingers*
