So... I'm going to steal agent_rouka's idea and do one of her little prompt memes...

Okay.. becuase this is me *G* it goes something like this:

Despite what the title might lead you to believe, this is a heavy on the angst story from Inara's point of view that deals with her and Mal trying to come to terms with and surmount their differences. It will focus on how even though their love is strong, it doesn't just make everything miraculously wonderful between them, and in fact, she discovers that they have the power to hurt each other all the more now that their love has been acknowledged. There will be arguements and misunderstandings that threaten to tear them apart, but love will keep them together, until, in the end will come the understanding that Love is acceptance, of all of each other's faults and differing beliefs, and a partnership of compromise.
