More writing!

Writing: A good day, writing wise. Another 1000 words or so of progress on Choices, and I even managed to do a few hundred words for my NES with taramonk . Now I just have to come up with two ideas to start NES's with the other people I've promised. But as far as Choices goes, things are flowing much smoother now. I've almost got the beginning of the part done, and the first quarter definately finished - hooray! I estimate that this part will be somewhere in the neighbourhood of 6000-8000 words, at the rate I'm going. so, I'm around a quarter done. It's slower than I was going previously, but it's harder to write too, there's all the differnt characters doing there own thing now, instead of just Mal and Inara, as it was back in the beginning. This is really my first foray into an 'ensemble' cast, and it's definately more intensive, but fun! I love writing!
Lost: Since I don't have cable, and I download my episodes of Lost, I haven't seen last night's ep yet, though I've heard it's good. Unfortunately (or fortunately, really, depends on how you look at it) I thought last week was a repeat, so I have to download two episodes tonight, but that does mean I get twice as much to watch!
T-shirt: Nothing fan-related today, sad to say. I will, however, be making new frames tonight so I can make the screens for my first commissioned t-shirts. Time to make some new firefly related shirts I think, maybe a multiscreen job, like another attempt at a 'fighting elves' shirt - I'll need five screens for that one, though... maybe just a two or three screen project would be better to start.
Betrayal: I've had only one, sorta, negative comment on this fic so far, which I consider good I guess. I have to admit to being hesitant about posting it, but it's received a positive repsonse overall. I've even had some demands for a sequel, though I don't know if I want to do that. Not sure I'd want to go that far into the darkness or not... I'll have to let it stew a while and see.
Computers: SUCK. Was working on a new icon last night, and photoshop crashed and I lost it all... have to start over tonight.
Fannishness: Soon, I am going to pull out my canvass and make a pattern for a browncoat. I've collected a lot of pictures, and should be able to make a fine pattern. Then I'll make one from leather, deerskin if I can afford it, cow if I can't. I've been studying the clasps too, and should be able to make some, I just need to figure out one last part of it. So, eventually, you may see a picture of a canvass browncoat, followed by one in leather if it turns out. I'll keep ya'all posted!
