Hey, I got a quote from the company I contacted about patches:

Thank you for your interests in our patches. According to your
requirements the price would be :

3"
50 Pieces - $3.36
100 pieces- $1.84

3.5"
50 Pieces - $3.88
100 pieces- $2.10

The design will require 100% embroidery. Please add $0.10 per piece
for iron on backings. There are no hidden costs, and the price does
include free shipping.

At Butler Digitizing we pride ourselves on our quality, price and
turnaround time. We are confident that our pricing is the most
competitive, but if you are able to find another company, with a more
competitive price, then we will beat their price by 10%.

The bottom line is we want your business, and we will do whatever it
takes to get it.

These are in US dollars. 50 is their minimum, and with the price reduction when you get 100, it's practically the same price. I think 3 inches would be plenty big too, it's the size of the Serenity patch I have, and it's a good size.

Let me know what you think... If you still want to do them, and if you like these guys, I can get them to go ahead with the order... If you'd rather find someone in Canada, no worries...
