Unbelievable ships... wow.. this is so not hard... I will name them by name (and no doubt miss a hundred, but still):
Rayne -- seriously? are you kidding me?
Jayne/Male Character -- sorry, he's not gay. I mean, okay, I guess everyone is probably a little bit bisexual, acordding to Kinsey and whatnot, but Jayne isn't the type who, if we was, would admit it.
Malver -- again, seriously? At least, not in the incarnations I see. It would have to be twenty-years in the future, when Mal stops thinking of River as a kid, for this to be possible. The man holds himself to high standards, folks. He just doesn't think of her that way.
Wash/Anyone but Zoe -- they were happily married. And then he was dead. I gues it works in AU fic, but not in anything trying to take place during cannon.
Simon/Mal -- huh? I can see this before a Jayne/man ship, but... no, they just... no.
Non-cannon pairings that I am secretly growing to like: Inara/Nandi -- who knows what they did in the past? Inara/Simon -- the dynamic is starting to interest me Zoe/Jayne -- but, not in a romantic way so much as "it ends up happening, and might not be for the best" way Jayne/Helen -- the HoG whore, remember? He brushed her hair! It's sorta cannon, just not quite.
