This is so bittersweet and lovely. Nandi is one of my favourite guest characters from the show and I love Melinda Clarke.
You've got a bueatiful moment between them, how Inara can't let her go. I can see how in some ways she wishes she had her strength to go for what she wanted, and not be held back by being a companion, to be strong enough to let that go too.
