Wow, that is just... utterly harsh. Just how oblivious a boss do you have that she's done this twice now without expecting some negative reactions??

I dunno... she's working essentially two jobs, split between here and a development team, which really takes up all her time, and so she's really out of touch with things here... and she's had some personal stuff going on too... not an excuse really, but...
